Geehe's fiber optic patch cord is the most advanced production line. We improved the production line in 2018 year and increased 20% production capacity.
Before improving the line, the workshop is a mess and inefficient, 70 workers' production capacity is 7500 pcs/8 hours, now the daily production capacity is 900 pcs/ 8 hours.
Why do we need to change the structure?
At that time, our model is flow line production, but the key point is because of tight space, the flow chart was not lined up well. Such as the polishing department is far away from the 3D QC team if you want to do the next step, need to go around 3 minutes, everyday waste so much time can't concentrate on their work, the capacity need to increase through by working overtime, company runs cost will increase much and workers have less time together with family remembers, that's not what we want to see.
When removed to the new factory, our main engineer has a good idea to improve the flow chart, the main target is: Rationalization of space utilization.
The letter " S " is her design concept, every node has a corresponding workstation and each workstation has its role to play. To reduce the product flow time, we add automatic conveying lines.
